The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has called on entities subject to Excise Tax to submit their tax returns for the months of January and February 2025 no later than March 15, 2025.

ZATCA urged businesses to promptly submit their returns through the official website (zatca.gov.sa) in order to avoid penalties for late filing. A 5% fine of the tax due will be imposed for every 30 days of delay in filing the return.
